The music is evocative of Death but with vocals that pack the same gritty punch as those of John Tardy (Obituary).
That being said, this band isn't just nostalgia bait. Live Burial take their influences and makes something of their own with it.

Tampertronics Supreme Death worship with twisty, background-soloing fretless bass. Fretless bass and DM were made for each other - who would have thought it? Amazingly expressive vocals and punishing riffs. Favorite track: Rotting on the Rope.

Milo Bloom Wildly varied and entertaining, very solid record from top to bottom. Brutal when it needs to be, but with nice musical flourishes that really add to the sound. Favorite track: Rotting on the Rope.
